Do you provide staffing (servers, bartenders, chefs)?
Yes! Lynora’s offers a full-service hospitality team including professional servers, licensed bartenders, and experienced culinary staff - ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience from start to finish.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?
We do. Our team manages all catering-related setup and breakdown with precision and care, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your event. 

Can you accommodate both small and large events?
Absolutely! From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, weddings, and corporate events, we tailor each experience to the size and scope of your occasion.

Menu & Customization

Can the menu be customized to fit our preferences or theme?

Every Lynora’s menu is thoughtfully curated and fully customized. We collaborate with you to design a dining experience that reflects your vision, style, and the spirit of your event.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies)?

Yes! Our culinary team accommodates various dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring every guest feels considered and cared for.

Do you offer tastings before booking?

We offer private tastings by reservation, providing an opportunity to experience our cuisine firsthand. Tastings are available for up to four guests and are credited toward your final event investment.

Pricing & Packages

How is pricing structured (per person, packages, à la carte)?

Our pricing is designed with flexibility in mind, offering per-person packages, curated menus, and à la carte enhancements. Each proposal is tailored based on guest count, venue, and event complexity.

What is included in the cost (rentals, linens, tableware, bar service)?

Our services include culinary preparation, professional staffing, bar service, and select service equipment. However, we can also coordinate additional rentals such as linens, tables, and glassware to ensure a cohesive and elevated presentation.

Are there additional fees (travel, gratuity, service charges)?

A 7% sales tax, 15% gratuity, and 5% service fee apply to all events. Depending on your venue and event needs, additional fees such as delivery, extended staffing, or specialty services may apply. Full transparency is provided in your custom proposal.

What is the minimum spend or guest count?

Minimums vary based on the scope and timing of your event. Staffing services require a minimum engagement, and our team will guide you through requirements during the planning process.

Bar Services

Do you provide alcohol, or is it BYOB?

We offer both options. Choose from our curated bar packages featuring premium selections, or opt for a BYOB experience with our team managing service, setup, and execution.

Are licensed and insured bartenders included?

Yes. Our bartenders are fully licensed, insured, and trained to deliver polished, professional service.

Do you offer bar packages or custom drink menus?

We do! From elevated beer and wine service to premium full bars and bespoke cocktail creations, each bar experience can be tailored to complement your event.

What permits or insurance do you carry?

Lynora’s maintains full general liability insurance and adheres to all local regulations. Documentation is available upon request.

Logistics & Planning

Do you coordinate with the venue and other vendors?

Yes. We work closely with your venue and vendor team to ensure a seamless, well-orchestrated event. We’re also happy to provide trusted vendor recommendations.

How early do you arrive for setup?

Our team arrives well in advance of your event, with timing tailored to the scope of service, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Do you provide rentals like tables, chairs, linens, and glassware?

We provide select service equipment and, if requested, coordinate all additional rentals through our trusted partners to create a cohesive and elevated event aesthetic.

Booking & Policies

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend securing your date as early as possible, particularly for peak seasons, to ensure availability.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

To reserve your date, a deposit of $1,000 or 15% (whichever is greater) is required. A second payment of 50% is due 60 days prior, with the final balance due 14 days before your event.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Cancellation terms are outlined in your agreement and vary based on timing and event details. Our team will walk you through all policies with clarity and care.

How do you handle changes to guest count?

We allow for guest count adjustments within a designated timeframe prior to your event, ensuring accuracy in planning and execution.

Day-of Experience

Who will be our point of contact on the event day?

Your event will be supported by a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring every detail is managed with precision and hospitality throughout the day.

What does cleanup include?

We oversee the cleanup of all catering-related spaces, including kitchen areas, service stations, and bar setups. Additional services such as full trash removal can also be arranged.
